In 2002 while working as a Human Resources Generalist and reflecting on her previous seven years of staffing experience, Valarie Lott recognized that employers were aggressively beginning to move away from hiring permanent resources and moving to obtaining temporary resources.

Valarie also recognized that there was a talent shortage, and if she could quickly deliver highly motivated and skilled professionals who are dedicated and committed to making a difference, then she could make a positive impact in the staffing arena.

Adino was founded and incorporated in the state of Illinois in 2002 to provide temporary and permanent administrative and clerical resources.  Recognizing that there was also a need to fill technical and professional positions, Valarie solicited the help and support of her husband, Christian Lott to provide support for temporary and permanent, professional and technical engagements.

Since our inception, Adino has grown from a local firm providing administrative and clerical resources, into a national provider of Administrative & Professional (temp services); Information Technology (services & support); Professional Development Training and Watch Floor/Officer services.

In 2010 Adino received several federally recognized social and economic disadvantaged distinctions, including 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and began to pursue city, county, state and federal opportunities.

In 2011 Adino received HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) distinctions, and was awarded GSA Schedule 736 - Temporary, Administrative & Professional Staffing (TAPS) with contract number GS-07F-04G2X.

To increase Adino's presence in the public sector, Christian Lott was appointed as President & CEO of Adino, Inc., in December of 2010.
